We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.


  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status


  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field (Preferred or equivalent work experience)
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments. Bookkeeper job duties include working closely with our accounting team to create and analyze financial reports and ensure legal requirements compliance, process accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices and tax payments. Ultimately, the Bookkeeper’s responsibilities are to accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions of our company.


  • Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
  • Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
  • Bring the books to the trial balance stage
  • Perform partial checks of the posting process
  • Complete tax forms
  • Enter data, maintain records and lunch reports and financial statements
  • Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner


  • Proven bookkeeping experience
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
  • Proficiency in English and in MS Office
  • Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

We are looking for reliable drivers who would be responsible for the safe and proper transport of RV trailers to various campgrounds, camp sites, and state beaches for our customers. 


  • Delivers units to campsites, state beaches, & requested locations for customers.
  • Provides a thorough orientation of the RV.
  • Responsible for picking up the RV at the end of the rental and returning it to our facility.
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors. 


  • Must possess own towing vehicle and clean driving record. 


  • Repair vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturer standards.
  • Check parts against estimate and ensures proper parts are ordered and received.
  • Prepare vehicles for body repair work.
  • Notify management of any difficulties or problems that may prevent a quality job from being performed or cause a change in the promised time.
  • Complies with all laws and regulations pertaining to paint, thinners and other hazardous materials, reports any deviations to management.
  • Cooperates and assists other personnel in the repair and prepping of vehicles.
  • Understands, has knowledge of and complies with federal, state and local regulations that affect body shop operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.
  • Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors. 
  • Other duties may be assigned by management.
